    Went to raise the chair leg rest and no response. Discovered the problem and went online to make purchase for replacement part. Company selected provided replacement (power supply)in timely manner at a fair price. Prompt delivery and worked properly.

    I am 81 years old and not at all knowledgeable about electrical things, but the description and picture of the item enabled me to buy exactly what I needed. All I had to do was plug it in. Also, the price was reasonable and it was shipped promptly.

    I searched around for a while after my power supply went out. The price was the lowest so I ordered. For me, it took them a couple days to get it shipped. What I do like about the power supply is the long cords. The one that came with my couch has short cords and I had to use extension cords to plug it into.

    I was so glad to find this product on line. I had two recliners as a part of a sectional that were no longer operating due to the power pack. Thanks goodness I found the company on line and the power pack I needed at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE! I feel so much better now that my recliners are working perfectly again!
