    After sitting in my recliner for the evening while trying to gain the optimum position, heard a soft pop and the chair stopped moving. Did not realize that every time I moved the chair the electrical wires were being crushed until they split open and shorted. Glad I found you and I replaced the transformer and wires. Also moved them to another safer location.

    Very pleased with this power supply and how easy it was to order from Raffel. Needed it for my reclining sofa. This part had the correct connections and literally took less than a minute to install. Best price and fast shipping too - I looked everywhere.

    Exact replacement for a dead adapter for a reclining couch. Would recommend you add a photo of the low voltage socket end, which takes a 'blade and pin' plug. Good price & quick shipping

    Thanks for the exact replacement part. Prior to contacting you'll, I tried a few places such as; Radio Shack, Best Buy and other electronic stores. I knew I would have to makeshift something, but I'm truly glad that you had the right part for my chair. It was even cheaper then what I was prepared to spend. Ohhhh so comfeee. :) Thanks Again!     Product arrived quicky, worked as decribed and it was easy to install - a rarity in today's world! Usually a product will have some flaw or inconsistency in the decription but this was a winner all around!

    The store where I purchased chair could only give me 2 phone numbers to call for help with my chair. Both numbers went straight to voicemail. Suddenly I got the idea to go on line to see if I could find a solution myself. Found site, ordered transformer and Bingo: it works! Problem fixed. Part is EXACT replacement. Could not be more satisfied.
