- All product is shipped via United Parcel Service at the current quoted rates on the website. Product in stock will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of the next business day, excluding holidays.
- Returns & Replacements
- All consumer returns that are purchased directly from Raffel Systems and are non-defective in nature, will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and the balance will be refunded or credited according to the customer’s request. Returns must be commenced within 30 days of purchase. .
